Welcome to the Bahamas Human Resources Development Association's (BHRDA) website!  We are so pleased that you took time to learn more about the Association and how it can benefit you.

If you are an experienced HR professional, new to human resources, contemplating a change in career to HR, or an HR student, then membership in BHRDA is the right choice for you.  Your first question might be, how do I stand to benefit?  Some of the major benefits of BHRDA are that it:
